Refund Policy - the basics
At Wel+Loved, we strive to provide exceptional services and experiences to our clients. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Tickets for In-Person Events: We do not offer refunds for tickets purchased for in-person events. If you are unable to attend an event, please contact support@welloved.co to coordinate attending a future event or receiving an equivalent service. In the event of a cancellation, guests will be issued a refund or given the option to attend an alternate event or equivalent service.
2. No Refund for Services Rendered: We do not offer refunds for services rendered, including coaching services. Policies may vary for different services. Please refer to the specific service agreement for details.
3. Payment Methods and Afterpay Program: Our services, including classes and in-person events, can be paid for directly on our website using Square, our third-party payment processor. Square offers an Afterpay loan program, which pays Wel+Loved in full at the time of purchase and puts the client on a loan payment plan directly with Square. Clients who opt into this program must manage their payments directly with Square.
